We hold an information session for your employees.

In the information session, the benefit is detailed, including its impact on salary, bike acquisition, responsibilities, ending the period, special situations, changes in employment, and other considerations.

The session ensures that everyone has a clear understanding of how to act in each situation. This way, things are pre-agreed, and there are no surprises.After the session, users receive an invitation to our service and, upon registering, they accept the bike benefit document.

Employers have web-based reporting to monitor the employee bike fleet in real-time; who has the bikes, their rental periods, and rental responsibilities (IFRS reporting).

Payroll can see the necessary information for payroll processing and fringe benefit registry declarations for the desired month. The data can also be downloaded as a CSV file.
